Creating a Cleaning Checklist


Pro tip: You can use the same questions for Housekeeping Inspections and Cleaner Checklists! Cleaner Checklist are not currently a forced requirement, just a tool to assist the cleaner with their duties.


1.- Click “Property Care”

2.- Click “Inspection Questions Manager”


3.- Click “Add New Question”

4.- Add Name

5.- You can have this checklist apply to All Homes (recommended)

6.- You can allow images.


7.- You can have the question require an image.

8.- Once you have finished setting up your question, click submit.


9.- After you have added all your questions, click “Manage Inspection Types”.

10.- Scroll to the bottom and click “Add New Inspection Type”.


11.- Select “Cleaner Checklist”.

12.- Then select all the questions that you want to add to your Cleaner Checklist.


13.- Once you have selected your questions, click “Submit”.

14.- Click “Submit”


15.- Click “Close Window”

16.- Click “Property Care”


17.- Click “Clean Types Manager”

18.- Select the clean type you wish to add the checklist to, in this case we are adding it to the “Check Out Clean (CO)”.


19.- Select the “Cleaner Checklist” tab, and then select the Checklist you just made.
