How to Receive an Owner Payment and Add it to an Account in Streamline


1.- Click “Owner Tools”


2.- Click “Receive an Owner Payment”


3.- Enter the description (this will show on the owner statement)


4.- Enter any internal payment notes.


5.- Enter password.


6.- Enter posting date, this will affect how it shows on the owner statement.


7.- Enter the amount to add to the owner account.


8.- Enter the unit name.


9.- Click on the unit.


10.- Select the owner.


11.- Process
