1.- Navigate to “Property Care”
2.- Click on “Schedule a Clean”
3.- Enter the home name
4.- Select the home
5.- Enter a date for the clean
6.- Select the type of clean
7.- You can assign the clean to the home’s default housekeeper
8.- Or you can select a different housekeeper manually by clicking on the “Select
Housekeeper” button
9.- Click on the checkbox next the housekeeper
10.- Click “Yes, i want to change Housekeeper”
11.- You can enter a note for the housekeeper to see
12.- Select the “Charge Owner”
13.- Select the transaction code
14.- Enter the vendor cost
15.- Enter a mark up %
16.- OR enter a vendor mark up set amount $
17.- Enter a “Statement Description of Owner Charge
18.- Click submit
19.- Your cleaning has been schedule and will show up on the Property Care X app for the housekeeper to complete
