Make sure to let the guest know that they must submit a cancellation request through VRBO in order for them to receive their service fee back, which is charged by VRBO.
If a reservation is within the window for a 100% refund as per the property’s cancellation policy, the service fee is automatically refunded when the cancellation is confirmed.
1.- Find your reservation.
2.- Open your reservation.
3.- Click “Cancel”.
4.- Click “Yes”
5.- Issue the corresponding disbursment type.
6.- Zero out the reservation if issuing full refund.
7.- Click “Cancelled by Traveller”. This will make sure that you receive no penalty in VRBO.
8.- Enter Password.
9.- Cancel Reservation.
